TASTING NOTES
Green apple and cassis on the nose. Honeysuckle and Meyer lemon on the front palate. Blackberry and boysenberry come through on the mid palate. This wine is round and balanced, while containing great delicacy.
WINEMAKER NOTES
The dosage for the 2019 Harvest Moon is 8 mls Blanc de Noirs LEX and 12 mls 2019 Deer Gate Pinot Noir, 6 mls Cold Soak Pinot Noir.
Lighter than air, puffed up high and golden brown, it’s center still soft and molten, this is a swoon worthy dish to pair with Joy!
