• 2017 Classic Vintage Brut – Sends off memory bells that say champagne in finesse and elegance, but the fruit is unmistakably Iron Horse.
• 2017 Wedding Cuvee – Vintage Blanc de Noirs, this is the cuvee we are best known for.
• 2017 Russian Cuvee – The richest of our line up, but still technically brut level dry. Delicious with heirloom tomatoes.

• 2018 UnOaked Chardonnay – Bright, fresh, clean and crisp. Ideal with charcuterie.
