TASTING NOTES

A Pinot Noir that affects the senses on multiple levels. Intense and dark as to color. A mix of raspberry, cherry, spice and cola by nose . By mouth, silky and smooth with a lingering complexity. Pair with duck confit, classic cassoulet or a simple salami and goat cheese platter.


VINEYARD NOTES

The grapes come from a three-block section of the vineyard, below the winery, sloping down to the creek.

The texture of this wine is like soft, plush rose petals. It is lean, stylish, with beautiful raspberry and strawberry flavors, and an ultra-long finish
