2005 Estate Chardonnay

A key quality distinction of Iron Horse Chardonnays is how beautifully they age - especially in a great vintage like 2005. They tend to start off like a tight rose bud and then slowly open up to their full beauty, gaining richness and weight with time.

Food Pairing

Enjoy with corn soup, rainbow trout, sole, halibut with mushrooms and asparagus, salmon, steamed lobster, lemon roast checken served with jasmine rice, veal chop, anything with a cream sauce, goat cheese, walnuts - in other words, as often as possible.
