2007 Commander's Palace Cuvee

Commander's Palace Cuvee is a unique sparkling cuvee crafted for the legendary New Orleans restaurant in the Garden District.  Made from predominantly Pinot Noir, it has an exhilarating rose color.  The cuvee is festive, vibrant and satisfying.

Food Pairing

Try with everything you would normally pair with a Pinot based sparkling wine, but especially good with the classic Commander's Palace Haute Creole specialies such as softshell crab, gumbo pecan crusted gulf fish with etouffee and Creole bread pudding.
