By nose, ripe red apple, grilled white peach, cinnamon, graham cracker. In the mouth; pear, dry cider, tart peach with a smooth, velvety mouthfeel.

A food friendly wine that works with most Fall foods, sauces and preparations. Pairs well with butternut squash soup, pork chops with apples, and classic roast chicken. Also try with Persimmon and Pomegranate salad with warm goat cheese or roasted celery root with cumin and parsley.
