The 2012 Aureole Cuvée is a ‘classic’ blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. This is a special, limited production cuvee which we create exclusively for one of America’s finest, Chef Charlie Palmer, named for his flagship restaurant in New York. A traditional and elegant showcase of the 2012 vintage, with over three years on the yeast. Rich, creamy and delicious with precise, pinpoint bubbles.
