2007 Winter's Cuvée

A gorgeous, new, very limited, winery exclusive, created expressly for our wine club members, visitors to our Tasting Room and those who seek us out on-line. Perfect to celebrate the solstice December 21st and a great choice on cold winter nights when you feel like cozying up with some bubbles. Winemaker David Munksgard designed it to be especially rich, nutty and toasty.

Food Pairing

Blini with smoked salmon or caviar, deviled eggs, Roasted fuyu persimmons, Little Gems letuces, Point Reyes bleu cheese, Asian pear, pomegranate, candied walnuts, duck liver pâté and grilled brioche, pizza Bianca, vegetable-chicken soup with toasted pumpernickel bread and baked apples or pears for dessert, a thick hamburger with brie, roasted onions and bacon.
